This book can be regarded as reference material for postgraduates, researchers and engineers who are working in metallurgical engineering.

内容简介

The book includes eight chapters. The first chapter generally describes the blast furnace process and its recent studies and analyses. The second and third chapters provide fundamental research regarding raceway zone and chemical reactions at particle level. The dynamic multi-scale and multi-physics-coupled ironmaking blast furnace model has been developed and validated, and then the inner thermo-chemical behaviors are comprehensively investigated in chapters four, five and six. Chapter seven is the model application in investigation of mixed layer effects. The final chapter is a review and future prospect of the current progress.
